Authentic Talent & Literary Management

Ruth has the stamp of full fledged New Yorker on her birth certificate but ultimately grew up right outside the city across the bridge in Jersey.  She studied photography and sculpture  first at Parsons School of Design and then finished at the College of Santa Fe.  She has had a blessed career working in the entertainment industry in casting for film and T.V. for the past 10 years, living bi-coastally for 5 of those years.  She began her casting career over dinner one night with a friend whose brother showed up and said he was an intern in a casting office.  That is all it took to get her motivated to follow his lead.  She interned for 5 days and was hooked, and then hired full time on a television show.  Ten years later she is taking on a new adventure coming onto the team at Authentic and is thrilled for the opportunity to associate with such a talented group of people.
